Terms and Conditions niKo Photo and Film is not liable for any illness or injuries contracted during sessions and shots. All edits and photos remain property of niKo Photo and Film to be used for advertisement purposes such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, private party messaging, business cards and brochures. Images taken by niKo Photo and Film will not be edited in any way by client. After agreed Photography or Video scheduled session date, a change fee of $75 will be expected to be paid by client.
